There are many ways to promote a workplace health and wellbeing program, some of the measures that Navitas Professional follows are outlined below:

1.      Encouragement of staffs in their involvement: Navitas Professional openly supports equal involvement from our staffs. Through these ideas can be formulated and this approach it will ensure the initiative is relevant to the workers and the environment of Navitas.

2.       Committed and supportive management: To promote effective WHS rules in our organization, management team actively supports the program. This will help to create a healthy culture throughout the organization.

3.       Identifying staff issues: In order to meet the requirement of WHS and wellbeing program, it is essential  to meet the requirements of staffs which is what Navitas happily supports.

4.      WHS notice board: We have a health and wellbeing notice board established to circulate health and wellbeing opportunities to workers via email, newsletters or pay slips.

Apart from that, it is equally important for the Navitas staffs to follow the WHS policies to ensure the safety of everyone.
